We are here to help you recycle your smartphone. We take extreme care in disposing or refurbishing your old devices, and pay you the maximum cash for each one that you send to us.
As industry leaders in mobile phone recycling, we provide a simple solution that enables you to receive your money right away.
We accept a wide range of makes and models and are always expanding our selection. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have a model that we have not listed currently as our friendly team is always happy to help.
1. Find your device
To find out how much your devices are worth, browse our selection of smartphones, and provide some basic details about the product’s condition and your network.
2. Checkout
After choosing your device(s), proceed to our straightforward checkout process. All you need to do is provide your contact information, delivery address and postage options.
3. Send us your device(s)
Securely pack your devices, we recommend securely packaging your device with bubble wrap and/or a box. We cannot, return any packaging or box back to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the device is packaged safely and securely, as we are not liable for any damages during transit.
If you used our “Free-Post Pack” service, securely pack your devices in the provided packaging and make sure you attach the provided label.
Then all there is left to do is post the device to us, please either drop it off to your local post office or book yourself a Free Royal mail collection. For more info on this please visit here.
4. Get Paid
After we’ve examined and confirmed the device(s) you’ve sent us are as described, we’ll send you your money by the same day or, in some cases, the next day (Monday through Friday, except public and bank holidays). Payments are done via Bank Transfer.
Payments are made in accordance with our terms and conditions.
